ASCENDING IN ORTHODOXY
WOMEN'S BIBLE STUDY

2020-21 STUDY TOPIC:  THE BOOK OF GENESIS

Created in 2018, this new ministry hones in on the study of Scriptures. During the 2020/21 Ecclesiastical year,  the ministry will again be studying the Book of Genesis.  Sessions meet on Thursday mornings at 10:30 a.m. at the church (see schedule below).  No  preparation for the class is required and everyone is welcome!  The Orthodox Study Bible, or Orthodox Study Bible app, is a good companion resource for this ministry.

The group discussion will be led by Helen Theodoropoulos, PhD, MA (Doctor of Theology from University of Chicago and Masters from Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology). Helen is an Adjunct Professor at St. Sava Serbian Orthodox School of Theology.
