Byzantine Music Classes

If you have an interest in learning traditional Orthodox Ecclesiastical music, and a basic level of experience in singing, the Byzantine music classes now offered at Ascension are for you! Classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced students take place on Saturdays from 4 – 5 p.m. (see schedule below). The course is free and students are welcome to join at the chanter’s stand to chant the 5 p.m. Vespers service directly after the lessons. Please register by October 5, 2019 by contacting Dr. Sotiri Vasilopoulos or Mrs. Georgia Vasilopoulos at
