How to Move Your Recurring Gift to Pushpay

 

Step 1: Set up your new account in Pushpay

Navigate to Ascension’s Giving page by clicking HERE, or scanning this QR code:

Step 2: -- Locate the fund you were donating to in ParishSoft on a recurring basis (i.e.: stewardship, candles, trays) by scrolling through the list of funds.  Enter the same recurring gift donation amount you pledged through ParishSoft; the same frequency; and set the timeline from June-Dec 2025.  You will then be prompted to enter your phone number.  A security code will be texted to you so you can verify your number. 

--You will then arrive at a screen that asks you to enter your name and email address and payment details. 

--Create your Pushpay account (or log in). Confirm your new recurring gift.

Step 3: Cancel your gift in  ParishSoft.   

Log in to your ParishSoft account by clicking HERE
Navigate to “My Scheduled Giving”.  Locate your recurring gift. 
Click 'Cancel' or 'Delete' to stop future donations.

That’s it! You’re all set on Pushpay. 
Please cancel your recurring payment in ParishSoft as soon as possible and no later than June 30 so that duplicate donations aren’t being made through both platforms.
